Bill No. <br />Ordinance No. (0 �' J Q - ED <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $30,000.00 FROM <br />THE ZOO ENDOWMENT FUND, FOR THE CONSTRUCTION <br />OF THE EDUCATIONAL SERVICES WILDLIFE BUILDING <br />AT POTAWATOMI PARK ZOO TO BE ADMINISTERED BY <br />THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC PARKS. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />WHEREAS, the Department of Public Parks would like to pro- <br />ceed with the construction of the:Educational Services Wildlife. Building <br />as outlined in Potawatomi Park Zoo master plan. Funds are now needed for <br />the required construction costs. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the <br />City of South Bend, Indiana, as follows: <br />Section I. The sum of $30,000.00 is hereby appropriated from the <br />Zoo Endowment Fund for the construction of the Educational Services Wild- <br />life Building. This appropriation is to be administered by the Department <br />of Public Parks as set forth below: <br />Account Description Amount <br />260.0 Other Contractual Services $30,000.00 <br />Total $30,000.00 <br />Section II.
