Department of Publie Parks <br />Administration Building <br />St. Louis Boulevard at Wayne Street <br />South Bend, Indiana 46617 <br />PHONE: (219) 284 -9401 <br />October 6, 1980 <br />Mr. Lewis Mc Gann, President <br />South Bend Common Council <br />County -City Building <br />227 West Jefferson Boulevard <br />South Bend, Indiana <br />Dear Mr. Mc Gann: <br />The Department of Public Parks is requesting the Common Council to <br />give favorable action on an ordinance appropriating $3,181.72 from <br />interest earned on Certificates of Deposit from the funds received <br />from the Stanley and Flora Clark Trust Funds. <br />Since fund contributed by the Stanley and Flora Clark Trust Funds <br />were not immediately needed for construction, said idle funds were <br />invested in certificates of deposit thus earning $3,181.72 in in- <br />terest.
