ORDINANCE NO. 7 <br />AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING AND ESTABLISHING AN <br />HISTORIC LANDMARK UNDER ORDINANCE NO. 5565 -73, <br />AMENDING ORDINANCE. NO, 4990 -68, AS AMENDED, <br />COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND <br />WHEREAS, the Historic Preservation Commission of South Bend <br />and St. Joseph County has petitioned for the designation of the fol- <br />lowing described real estate as an Historic Landmark under Ordinance <br />No. 5565 -73, as amended, to wit; <br />1201 x 198' on Miami. beginning 1917.9' south of NW corner <br />NW4 Section 31, township 37, Range 3E <br />The improvements located upon said land can commonly be <br />described as 5450 S. Miami., South Bend, Indiana <br />hereinafter referred to as the "PROPERTY," <br />WHEREAS, the Historic Preservation Commission of South Bend <br />and St. Joseph.
