County -City Bldg. <br />Phone - (219) 284-9:155 <br />The South Bend Human Rights Commissions' federal budget runs <br />from November 1, 1979 through October 31, 1980. A review of <br />the budget disclosed that certain line item accounts were or <br />will be in the red before the end of the budget year due <br />primarily to unexpected costs. <br />In order to correct this situation it has become necessary <br />to transfer funds from certain line item accounts where a <br />surplus exist to other line item accounts where additional <br />funds are needed to carry the Commission through its current <br />fiscal year. <br />It is emphasized that the amount of the original appropriation <br />will not be affected by this action. <br />Sinc ely, <br />i <br />,. gveLarry on <br />Execu irector <br />LJ:ymf <br />
