Ordinance No. &YV'a <br />AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING $752.00 AMONG <br />VARIOUS ACCOUNTS, ALL ACCOUNTS BEING WITHIN <br />THE HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION FEDERAL FUND <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT <br />Certain unforeseen conditions have developed since the <br />adoption of the existing budget of the Human Rights Commission, <br />so that it is now necessary to transfer money from various <br />accounts where a surplus exists to various accounts where <br />additional money is needed. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council <br />of the City of South Bend, Indiana: <br />Section I.
