This is EXHIBIT K, consisting of 3 pages, referred to in <br />and part of the Agreement between Owner and Engineer <br />for Professional Services dated January 28, 2025. <br />AMENDMENT TO OWNER -ENGINEER AGREEMENT <br />Amendment No. 2 <br />1. Background Data: <br />a. Effective Date of Owner -Engineer Agreement: January 28, 2025 <br />b. Owner: Board of Public Works, City of South Bend <br />C. Engineer: Lochmueller Group, Inc. <br />d. Project: Riverfront West Urban Neighborhood Development <br />2. Description of Modifications: <br />a. Engineer shall perform or furnish the following Additional Services: <br />• Platting and Boundary Survey <br />o Prepare Primary Plat, Secondary Plat, and Boundary Retracement Survey in accordance <br />with IAC865 1-12 "Rule 12" <br />o Title Reports for 12 parcels as shown in Exhibit "A" <br />o Attend meetings, including: Plan Commission, TAC, Public Works, and County Auditor <br />review prior to recording. <br />o Record Primary Plat and Secondary Plat, included recording fees to County Recorder and <br />County Auditor <br />o Preform Quality Control <br />• Datum Conversion <br />• Clarification of Landscaping Design Services as follows: <br />1. Project Management and Meetings - internal team coordination and management and <br />project coordination meetings with the City and design team for a total of up to ten (10) <br />Teams meetings. <br />2. Preliminary Master Layout Plan — preparation of 10% street tree plans for all City <br />streets on the Development Plan. <br />2.1. Data Collection — review the City requirements, ordinances, and development <br />standards. <br />2.2. Base Sheet Preparation — obtain drawings from engineers and architects to create a <br />composite base sheet in AutoCAD. <br />2.3.
