NEW BUSINESS <br />Reports from Area Plan: <br />BILL NO. 35 -89 Zoning - Jackson & Ironwood Rds. <br />BILL NO. 37 -89 Historic Preservation Commission <br />Council Member Coleman made a motion to set the above mentioned bills for 3rd <br />reading and public hearing July 10, 1989 and sent to the Zoning & Vacation <br />Committee, seconded by Council Member Duda.
