He indicated that the bill will allow for the increase <br />of the penalty for some offenses and d signates the City Clerk as the collection <br />agent. He pointed out that the fine f r parking in a handicapped zone will <br />increase from $20 to $50. Also, fines for false fire alarm or being disorderly in <br />a city park will increase from $25 to 50. Council Member Voorde made a motion <br />to recommend the substitute bill to th Council favorable, seconded by Council <br />Member Coleman.
