<br />This bill had third reading. Council Member Slavinskas made a motion to pass this
<br />bill, seconded by Council Member Zakrzewski. The bill passed by a roll call vote of
<br />nine ayes.

<br />This bill had third reading. Council Member Puzzello made a motion to pass this
<br />bill, seconded by Council Member Coleman. The bill passed by a roll call vote of
<br />nine ayes.

<br />PURPOSES OF REAL PROPERTY TAX ABATEMENT.
<br />Council Member Zakrzewski made a motion to continue this resolution indefinitely,
<br />seconded by Council Member Coleman. The motion carried.

<br />STREET AN ECONOMIC REVITALIZATION AREA FOR PURPOSES OF
<br />A 6 YEAR REAL PROPERTY TAX ABATEMENT FOR ALLIED
<br />PRODUCTS CORPORATION
<br />WHEREAS, a petition for real property tax abatement has been filed with the city
<br />Clerk for consideration by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana,
<br />requesting that the area commonly known as West Broadway Street, South Bend,
<br />Indiana, and which is more particularly described as follows:
