Cushing, spoke regarding the Wastewater Treatment Plant. <br />Max Moore, 602 Harrison, asked the Council if any plans were being made the improve <br />the northwest section of the City. <br />There being no further business to come before the Council, unfinished or new, <br />Council Member Soderberg made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Council Member <br />Coleman.
