Ann <br />Kolata, Acting Director of Economic Development, made the presentation for <br />the bill. She indicated this bill would exempt non - combustible parking <br />structures from the provisions of Section 6.5(c) which would require them <br />to be Type I construction or to be totally installed with automatic <br />sprinkler devices. Council Member Niezgodski made a motion to recommend <br />this bill to the Council favorably, seconded by Council Member Coleman. <br />The motion carried. <br />There being no further business to come before the Committee of the Whole, <br />Council Member Voorde made a motion to rise and report to the Council, <br />seconded by Council Member Niezgodski.
