= REGULAR- MEETTN <br />This bill had first reading. Council Member Luecke made a motion to set this bill <br />for second reading and public hearing March 14 and refer it to the Human Resources <br />Committee, seconded by Council Member Coleman. The motion carried. <br />BILL NO. 14 -88 A BILL TRANSFERRING 78,186.00 AMONG VARIOUS ACCOUNTS WITHIN THE <br />DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT. <br />This bill had first reading. Council Member Luecke made a motion to set this bill <br />for second reading and public hearing March 14, and refer it to the Human Resources <br />Committee, seconded by Council Member Coleman. The motion carried. <br />UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br />Council Member Slavinskas made a motion to set Bill No. 10 -88 for second reading and <br />public hearing March 28, seconded by Council Member Zakrzewski. The motion carried. <br />Council Member Zakrzewski made a motion to set Bill nos. 1 and 2 -88 for second <br />reading and public hearing March 14, and refer them to the Zoning and Vacation <br />Committee, seconded by Council Member Coleman.
