Tracts with an
assessed value less than $2,000.00 based on the mot recent assessment of the tract are not required
to be appraised. The cost of mowing these tracts is estimated at $82.00 per mow (per each
parcel) at a minimum of 5 times per year, equalinzn
g $410.00 per year.
The minimum offering price is $414.25 for each parcel. Bidders will also be responsible for the
cost of advertising upon a successful negotiation and sale of the tract. The cost of advertising is
estimated at $90.00.
This parcel may not be sold to a person who could have redeemed the tract at a tax sale and who did
not redeem the tract before a deed for the tract was issued to the County.
