Authority approval requested for Addendum to Amended and Restated <br />Lease Between the South Bend Redevelopment Authority and South Bend <br />Redevelopment Commission dated as of August 1, 1990. <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that this is an Amendment to the lease related to the <br />Airport Taxable and Tax-Exempt Bonds. This deletes from that lease the land <br />that has been sold to the private businesses that are building in the Blackthorn <br />Corporate Park. At the time of those sales, money was set aside to defease <br />that portion of the bonds that relates to each of these lots. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Wroblewski, seconded by Mr. Gammage and <br />unanimously carried, the Authority approved the request for Addendum to <br />Amended and Restated Lease Between the South Bend Redevelopment <br />Authority and South Bend Redevelopment Commission dated as of August 1, <br />1990. <br />4. CLAIMS -There were no claims. <br />5. NEXT MEETING DATE: <br />• The next meeting of the Redevelopment Authority is scheduled for Wednesday, <br />July 3, 1996 at 4:30 p.m. <br />6. ADJOITRNMENT <br />There being no further business to come before the Redevelopment Authority, Mr. <br />Gammage made a motion that the meeting be adjourned.
