<br />Quarter of Section 15, said point of intersection being 411.6 feet North of
<br />and 665.2 feet West of the center of said Section 15; thence South along
<br />the said East line of the West One -Half of the Southeast Quarter of the
<br />Northwest Quarter of Section 15, 177.25 feet, more or less, to a point in a
<br />line parallel to and distant 26.5 feet Northerly, by rectangular
<br />measurement, from the East and West center line of said Section 15; thence
<br />West along said parallel line 663 feet, more or less, to a point in the
<br />West line of the said West One -Half of the Southeast Quarter of the

<br />of 1327.393 feet to an iron pin at the Southwest corner of said Southwest
<br />Quarter (1/4) of said Northwest Quarter (1/4); thence North along the West
<br />line of said Southwest Quarter (1/4) of said Northwest Quarter (1/4) a
<br />distance of 395.098 feet to an iron pin in the South right of way line of
<br />the right of way now or formerly owned by said St. Joseph, South Bend and
<br />Southern Railroad Company; thence East along the South right of way line of
<br />said St. Joseph, South Bend and Southern Railroad
<br />PARCEL VI - Beginning at a point on the West line of Kaley Street at the
<br />intersection of the South right of way line of St. Joseph, South Bend and
<br />Southern Railroad, thence South along the West line of Kaley Street, Four

<br />East -West center line of Section 15, Township 37 North, Range 2 East;
