51 <br />REGULAR MEETING MARCH 23 <br />- - -_ _. -- -- 1987 <br />Reports From Area Plan <br />Council Member Beck made a motion to set Bill Nos. 9, 10, 12 -87 for public hearing <br />and second reading April 13, seconded by Council Member Voorde. The motion carried. <br />PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR <br />Irene Mutzl, 320 Parkovash, spoke regarding the Waste Water Treatment Plant. <br />Ken Donnelly, 2605 Frederickson, spoke regarding the stadium. <br />There being no further business to come before the Council, unfinished or new, <br />Council Member Taylor made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Council Member Beck. <br />The motion carried and the meeting was adjourned at 8:45 p.m. <br />ATTEST: APPROVED: <br />City Clerk 'eS3- t <br />
