The area of inquiry lies within said recorded subdivision (U.S. 31 Industrial Park, Sections <br />Two and Four, First Replat, recorded under instrument number 0234130). <br />We do not believe that the City has any utility facilities within the existing easement as the easement was newly <br />created this past June. Additionally, no swale or storm water drainage facilities have been constructed within <br />said easement. Please notify our office if the Department of Public Works has any facilities that do exist within <br />the existing easement which would need to be relocated. If utility facilities are within said easement, I will notify <br />our client and inform him that there are costs related to relocating these facilities. <br />We respectfuiiy request written verification that the 30 foot utility and drainage easement be noted as released. <br />If release documents need to be prepared, per your agency's release policy. please notify our office and <br />provide us with a contact person for the release. <br />Thai-,k you fcr your time a,- consideration.
