NOTICE TO BIDDERS <br />SALE OF CITY -OWNED PROPERTY <br />Notice is hereby given that the City of South Bend, Indiana, will receive sealed bids at the Office <br />of the Board of Public Works, 13th Floor, County -City Building, Room 1316, 227 West <br />Jefferson, South Bend, Indiana, until the hour of 9:30 a.m., on MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 23, <br />2002, for the following parcel of real estate located in South Bend, Indiana. - <br />Key No. 18-4048-1764 <br />519 Camden <br />The minimum accepted bid amount will be $299.74 (Two Hundred Ninety Eight Dollars and <br />Seventy Four Cents). <br />Pursuant to State statute, these properties may not be sold to a person who is ineligible under Section <br />16 (I.C. 36-1-11-16). <br />Additionally, an offer to purchase property submitted by trust must identify each beneficiary of the <br />trust and settlor empowered to revoke or modify the trust. <br />The City of South Bend will not be responsible for any fees which may be incurred by a purchaser <br />represented by a real estate agency. <br />The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept a full or partial award of the bid or <br />bids which, in its judgment, will be to the best interests of the City of South Bend. <br />The Office of the Board of Public Works will record the appropriate Quit -Claim Deed in the same <br />of the successful purchaser with the St. Joseph County Recorder's Office.
