City Clerk Bend reconvened in the Building at 7:55 p.m. ORDINANCE NO. 8388 -93 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2420 PRAIRIE AVE., IN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. This bill had third reading. Council Member Coleman made a motion to amend this bill, as amended in the Committee of the Whole, seconded by Council Member Slavinskas. The motion carried. Council Member Coleman made a motion to pass the bill, as amended, seconded by Council Member Zakrzewski. The bill passed by a roll call vote of nine ayes. ORDINANCE NO. 8389 -93 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LASALLE STREET AND NOTRE DAME AVENUE IN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. This bill had third reading. Council Member Coleman made a motion to amend this bill, as amended in the Committee of the Whole, seconded by Council Member Puzzello. The motion carried. This bill had third reading. Council Member Duda made a motion to amend this bill, as amended in the Committee of the Whole, seconded by Council Member Coleman. The motion carried. ORDINANCE NO. 8391 -93 AN ORDINANCE TO VACATE THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY: THE NORTH -SOUTH ALLEY BETWEEN MAIN AND MICHIGAN STREETS, BEGINNING AT THE NORTH LINE OF STULL STREET AND RUNNING NORTH TO THE INTERSECTION OF THE EAST -WEST ALLEY. (THE ALLEY LIES BETWEEN THE NEW POLICEMEN'S FEDERAL CREDIT UNION BUILDING AND THE NEW REAL SERVICES BUILDING.) This bill had third reading.
