Alley running North and South from <br />a vacated 14' wd. Alley running East and West on the South <br />to Angela Blvd. on the North with said 20' wd. Alley <br />being vacated per Vacation Resolution #3019-1961, <br />Misc. Rec. 184, Page 280: <br />Dear Ms. Jacobs; <br />Please accept this letter as our firm's written request on behalf of our <br />client, Dr. Lindborg, to have your office make a field inspection of a the <br />vacated 20' wd. Alley running North and South between Angela Blvd. on the North <br />and Pokagon Street on the South. For your convenience, we,have attached a copy <br />of the proposed development plan for the property and have highlighted that <br />portion of the 20 ft. wide vacated alley we are requesting a release of easement <br />rights. Our client, Dr. Lindborg would like to build a new building on the <br />shown property. Prior to Dr. Lindborg being allowed to build over a portion of <br />said vacated alley, he is required to do a Minor Subdivision on the properties <br />shown on the attached drawings. <br />The Minor Subdivision procedure requires that any right-of-ways and or <br />easements be cleared of any potential, easement rights. This process requires <br />that we receive a written verification from each Utility Company or City <br />confirming that there are no existing utility lines in the vacated alley(s). <br />We would appreciate that once a field inspection or a check of your <br />utility line location records is completed, that you would send written <br />verification on your letterhead to us stating that you have no utility lines in <br />vacated alley(s) .and that your Company releases any easements in said area.
