The property subject to the subject easement as to which Grantee <br />shall have full rights in, upon, over and under, is located in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph <br />County, State of Indiana, and is described more particularly as follows: <br />A strip of land located in the West %z of the Northwest V4 of Section 36, Township 37 North, Range 2 East, <br />Center Township, City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana, and described as follows: <br />Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 37, Ritters Dixie Gardens Subdivision (unrecorded); thence East <br />along the South line of said Lot 37, 160.07 feet to the East line of said Lot 37; thence South parallel with <br />the East line of Main Street, 10.0 feet; thence West, parallel with said North line of Lot 37, 160.07 feet, <br />more or less, to the East right of way line of Main Street; thence North along said East line of Main Street, <br />10.0 feet to the place of beginning. <br />
