Please sign it and return it to my <br />attention. The City Attorney's office will begin preparing the appropriate Quit Claim Deed for this <br />property for your signature. <br />Please submit a check to the Board of Public Works, made payable to the City of South Bend, <br />in the amount of $394.27. Once the payment has been returned to me, the Quit Claim Deed and <br />Purchase Agreement will be processed for this property.
