The inspector will reinspect <br />your property after this date to verify compliance. If the items have not been <br />removed, the inspector will refer the matter to our crew for cleaning. You will <br />be invoiced for the cost of the clean-up performed and for the disposal of the <br />` debris. The MINIMUM charge for clean-up is $111.00 and an average charge for <br />clean-up is $190.00. These charges may be substantial if there is a large <br />amount of debris. <br />Many problems can be remedied by calling the Bureau of Solid Waste at <br />277-8823 and requesting a special pick-up. Solid Waste will remove one item <br />free of charge if you call and schedule a pick-up. Additional items can be <br />removed for a small fee which is based on the amount of debris to be picked up. <br />.Please feel free to contact this office at 235-9486 if you have any <br />questions concerning the list of violations or if there are other parties who <br />have a substantial ownership interest in the property.
