Council Member Slavinskas <br />reported that the Zoning and Vacation Committee had met on this bill and recommended <br />it to the Council favorable. Bob Nagle, assistant zoning administrator, indicated <br />this exception had received a favorable recommendation from the BZA. Donald <br />Wertheimer, attorney, made the presentation. He indicated the applicants were <br />seeking an exception for residential use of the second floor apartment. Council <br />Member Coleman made a motion to adopt this resolution, seconded by Council Member <br />Ladewski. The Common Council hereby confirms its Declaratory Resolution <br />designating the area described herein as an Economic Revitalization Area for the <br />
