,~ <br />• Upon a motion by Mr. Gammage, seconded by Mr. Wroblewski and <br />unanimously carried, the Authority accepted the proposal from <br />Baker & Daniels for professional services in the Airport Economic <br />Development Area (Airport Tax Exempt Bond Issue Refinancing &SBCDA <br />Public Improvement Bond Issue Refinancing) <br />b. Authority approval requested for proposal from H.J. Umbaugh and <br />Associates for professional .services in the Airport Economic Development <br />Area (Airport Tax Exempt Bond Issue Refinancing &SBCDA Public <br />Improvement Bond Issue Refinancing) <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that H. J. Umbaugh and Associates has submitted a <br />proposal to provide financial advisory services for the refinancing of these <br />bonds. Their fee, though broken down into fees for specific services, will not <br />exceed $24,000, plus expenses including printing of the official statement. <br />The staff recommends accepting the proposal. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Wroblewski, seconded by Mr. Gammage and <br />unanimously carried, the Authority accepted the proposal from H.J Umbaugh <br />and Associates for professional services in the Airport Economic Development <br />Area (Airport Tax Exempt Bond Issue Refinancing. &SBCDA Public <br />Improvement Bond Issue Refinancing) <br />5. NEXT MEETING DATE: <br />The next meeting of the Redevelopment Authority is rescheduled for Wednesday, <br />March 13, 1996 at 4:30 p.m. This will take the place of the March 6 meeting. <br />6. ADJOLTItNMENT <br />There being no further business to come before the Redevelopment Authority, Mr. <br />Gammage made a motion that the meeting be adjourned.
