If any part of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or illegal, then I agree that the rest of this Agreement will still be valid and enforceable. Condensation and Environmental Conditions: Condensation, which can form on or within walls, siding, tiles, or other surfaces results from pre-existing conditions in a home and internal or external temperatures. Reducing the humidity in a home will often remedy any condensation problems. I agree that Contractor is not responsible for condensation or existing or developing spore or mold growth, which can be the result of condensation. I have been told about potential glass loss with my new windows and I understand that some glass loss will occur. I further acknowledge that I have reviewed the order summary, I understand all that has been explained to be, especially that SOME GLASS LOSS MAY OCCUR. Electronic Consent: We are aware that all electronic documentation regarding the purchase and installing of the windows and/or doors will be sent to the email address listed on the contract. Energy Star Disclosure: (not Applicable for Patio door Purchases) For customers who wish to purchase windows without HP Smart Sun Glass with Heatlock: In order to meet Energy Star Qualifications; I understand we need to purchase High Performance SmartSun with Heatlock Glass (outlined in the Itemized order receipt section of this contract.) I further understand that this purchase will not be eligible for any federal, state or local tax rebates, credits, or incentives requiring Energy Star compliance without Heatlock Glass.
