Rain and extreme weather are the most common causes for delay. Buyer(s) agrees and understands that this Agreement constitutes the entire understandings between the parties and that there are no verbal understandings changing or modifying any of the terms of this Agreement. No alterations to or deviations from this Agreement will be valid without the signed, written consent of both the Buyer(s) and Contractor.
