NEW BUSINESS (Cont.) <br />a. continued <br />The Resolution authorizes removing this property from the bond issue so that <br />it can be sold to South Bend Heritage. South Bend Heritage will then sell it to <br />a couple who will rehab it and live in it. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Ferlic, seconded by Mr. Wroblewski and unanimously <br />carried, the Authority approved the Execution of an Addendum to the Lease <br />for the South Bend Central Development Area Public Improvement Project. <br />b. Authority approval requested for letter to Norwest Bank related to Hall of <br />Fame Expense Fund. <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that a number of claims were paid out of the <br />.Construction Fund which were eligible and more appropriately paid for from <br />the .Expense Fund. We've written a letter to Norwest Bank asking them to <br />• .reimburse the. Construction Fund in the amount of $173,701.59 from the <br />....Expense Fund. The Authority needs to authorize the letter to be sent. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Ferlic, seconded by Mr. Wroblewski and unanimously <br />carried, the Authority approved the letter to Norwest Bank related to Hall of <br />Fame Expense Fund. <br />4. Approval of Claims <br />Claims submitted for approval November 15, 1995. <br />COLLEGE FOOTBALL HALL OF FAME <br />The Fuji Bank, Limited (Expense Fund) $ 17,524.45 <br />BLACKTHORN GOLF COURSE <br />Norwest Bank (Operation & Reserve) $ 1,705.90 <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Ferlic, seconded by Mr. Wroblewski and unanimously carried, <br />the Authority approved the Claims submitted November 15, 1995. <br /> <br />-2- <br />
