X6MVrt G SEWER INSURANCE PROGRAM SPECIAL PROVISIONS PREVAILING SPECIFICATIONS AND DESIGN &CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS The City of South Bend's PREVAILING SPECIFICATIONS, most recent version, and DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS, most recent version, and the INDOT Standard Specifications, current edition with all Supplemental Specifications to date, are to be used in this program. Each contractor is specifically instructed to become completely familiar with the PREVAILING SPECIFICATIONS and the DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS prior to submitting a pre -qualification application. These SPECIAL PROVISIONS will list only "Additions" or "Deletions" to the PREVAILING SPECIFICATIONS and are to be used only in conjunction with the PREVAILING SPECIFICATIONS. hr the event of conflict behveen the SPECIAL PROVISIONS and Hre PREVAILING SPECIFICATIONS, the SPECIAL PROVISIONS will govern.
