10 <br /> NEIGHBORHOOD HEALTH & HOUSING (NHH) <br /> NHH programs and services facilitate the development of quality affordable housing through assistance <br /> to eligible homeowners, first-time homebuyers, tenants, landlords, nonprofit partners, developers, and <br /> builders. <br /> Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) <br /> Certified Housing Counseling <br /> • 46 households completed pre-purchase housing counseling, preparing themselves to become potential <br /> homeowners. <br /> • 2 households were assisted with mortgage default counseling. <br /> • 1 household completed non-delinquency post purchase counseling for financial management. <br /> • The Housing Counselor provided 8 post-purchase counseling sessions with a total of 23 attendees in <br /> 2024. <br /> Quality Affordable Housing & Infill Development <br /> • Continued implementation of the Home Repair Program.
