w • X <br />South Bend Redevelopment Authority <br />• Special Meeting -December 12, 1995 <br />Mr. Gammage asked if the money that pays this back is coming from the Hall <br />of Fame. Mrs. Kolata noted that the Commission will use tax increment <br />finance, not operating revenues of the Hall of Fame, to pay back the <br />$600,000. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Gammage, seconded by Mr. Wroblewski and <br />unanimously carried, the Authority approved Resolution No. 105 approving <br />the transfer of property to the City of South Bend, Indiana. <br />b. Authority approval requested for Resolution No. 103, determining to pay <br />certain expenses incurred for local public improvements in or serving the <br />South Bend Central Allocation Area (South Bend Allocation Area No. lA) <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Wroblewski, seconded by Mr. Gammage and <br />unanimously carried, the Authority approved Resolution No. 103 determining <br />to pay certain expenses incurred for local public improvements in or serving <br />the South Bend Central Allocation Area. <br />c. Public hearing concerning proposed Resolution No. 104, a Supplemental <br />Appropriation Resolution of the South Bend Redevelopment Authority. <br />Mrs. Kolata asked that the Affidavits stating that the Notice of Public Hearing <br />was published in both the South Bend Tribune and the Tri-County News on <br />December 1, 1995 be entered into the record. There was no objection and the <br />items were entered into the record. <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that Resolution No. 1401 appropriates $600,000 of tax <br />increment funds from the South Bend Central Development Area. <br />Mr. Wroblewski opened the Public Hearing for anyone who wished to speak. <br />There was no one who wished to speak. Mr. Wroblewski closed the Public <br />Hearing for whatever action the Authority wished to take. <br />d. Authority approval requested for Resolution No. 104, a Supplemental <br />Appropriation resolution of the City of South Bend Redevelopment <br />Authority (South Bend Central Allocation Area) <br />3.
