w • X South Bend Redevelopment Authority • Special Meeting -December 12, 1995 Mr. Gammage asked if the money that pays this back is coming from the Hall of Fame. Mrs. Kolata noted that the Commission will use tax increment finance, not operating revenues of the Hall of Fame, to pay back the $600,000. Upon a motion by Mr. Gammage, seconded by Mr. Wroblewski and unanimously carried, the Authority approved Resolution No. 105 approving the transfer of property to the City of South Bend, Indiana. b. Authority approval requested for Resolution No. 103, determining to pay certain expenses incurred for local public improvements in or serving the South Bend Central Allocation Area (South Bend Allocation Area No. lA) Upon a motion by Mr. Wroblewski, seconded by Mr. Gammage and unanimously carried, the Authority approved Resolution No. 103 determining to pay certain expenses incurred for local public improvements in or serving the South Bend Central Allocation Area. c. Public hearing concerning proposed Resolution No. 104, a Supplemental Appropriation Resolution of the South Bend Redevelopment Authority. Mrs. Kolata asked that the Affidavits stating that the Notice of Public Hearing was published in both the South Bend Tribune and the Tri-County News on December 1, 1995 be entered into the record. There was no objection and the items were entered into the record. Mrs. Kolata explained that Resolution No. 1401 appropriates $600,000 of tax increment funds from the South Bend Central Development Area. Mr. Wroblewski opened the Public Hearing for anyone who wished to speak. There was no one who wished to speak. Mr. Wroblewski closed the Public Hearing for whatever action the Authority wished to take. d.
