This bill had second reading. Council Member Puzzello made a motion to pass this bill, seconded by Council Member Coleman. The bill passed by a roll call vote of nine ayes. ORDINANCE NO. 8153 -90 AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, ADDRESSING THE AMOUNTS OF BENEFITS TO BE RECEIVED BY SURVIVING SPOUSES OF DECEASED POLICE OFFICERS AND FIREFIGHTERS.
