<br />Financial & Program Management, Economic Development Department made the
<br />presentation on the bill. She indicated that the bill would allow for the approval
<br />and transfer of Community Development Block Grant Funds from the FHL lender
<br />certification project into the Emergency Repair Program. Council Member Luecke
<br />made a motion to recommend this bill to Council favorable, seconded by Council
<br />Member Duda. The motion carried.
