Pam Newman, 5224 Surre <br />Trace, made the presentation on the petition. She indicated that the South Bend <br />Junior League is having their 60th annual thrift shop sale at the 4 -H Fairgrounds. <br />The sale helps the Junior League provide services to help the less fortunate <br />throughout the year. Richard Nussbaum, City Attorney, spoke in favor of the <br />petition. Council Member Slavinskas made a motion to approve the petition, <br />seconded by Council Member Coleman. The petition was approved by a roll call vote <br />of nine ayes. <br />There being no <br />Council Member <br />Soderberg.
