RESOLUTIONS RESOLUTION NO. 1795 -90 A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE ADOPTION OF A DECLARATOR RESOLUTION DESIGNATING CERTAIN AREAS WITHIN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA COMMONLY KNOWN AS LOTS 1 AND OF THE PROPOSED (UNRECORDED) MICHIANA REGIONAL INDUSTRIAL PARK WHICH IS LOCATED NEAR THE CLEVELAND ROAD INTERSECTION WITH BRICK ROAD AT THE U.S. 31 ' NORTH BY -PASS TO BE AN ECONOMIC REVITALIZATION AREA FOR PURPOSES OF A TEN YEAR REAL PROPERTY TAX ABATEMENT FOR PENZ REALTY /PENZ ENTERPRISES, INC.
