It is <br /> now necessary to appropriate additional funds for operational and capital expenditures necessary for <br /> the City to affect the provision of services to its residents, which were not anticipated at the time the <br /> City budget was adopted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South <br /> Bend, Indiana, as follows: <br /> Section I.
