Presently, those needs are met by <br />an underground line that was installed only four (4) years ago, but <br />which is already obsolete. There are an insufficient number of wires <br />and no fiber optic line, which is now needed. <br />The Company has experienced the failure of <br />underground wires, and routine repair/replacement <br />prohibitive.
