We purchased several lots on West Calvert Street from a private firm, <br />in the center of the property we now own and are developing that are owned by the City of South send. <br />Last week I received a call from Larry Magliozzl, from the City <br />of SoLAh Bend Planning lots he mentioned were the development <br />concerning several lots that are owned by the city. <br />The above <br />mentioned lots on Calvert St.. Larry, referred to a conversation he had had with Kathleen Dempsy, <br />form the Department of Code Enforcement hoping to get some of the lots the city owned back on the <br />tax rolls. As you know we are doing a ton of work in many areas of the City and would welcome <br />working with the City to get homes built on as many as possible. <br />At this time I am requesting to purchase the two lots on West Calvert Street: <br />2825 West Calvert St, Lot 5 & Weest 2 Ft of Lot 4 Richland 1 � Addition 18-8110-4165 <br />2800 Blk West Calvert St. Lot 35 & West 2' of lot 36 Richland 1st Addition 18-8110-4175 <br />I am willing to pay the City of South Bend five hundred ($500.00) dollars for the above two mentioned <br />lots.
