(Check all that apply):Fences, Landscaping <br />Contractor Information (Tentative) Eagleizer LLC Pavers and fencing Keith <br />Contractor Phone Number (574) 520-2483 <br />Description of Proposed Work: <br />We'd like to add a permeable paver driveway off of the alley way into the backyard, to enable parking and <br />charging of an electric vehicle. The permeable pavers would allow for rainwater drainage and minimize <br />soil erosion. A garage previously existed in this backyard but was demolished approximately 10 years ago <br />by previous owners, and a storage shed was built in its place. Our proposed location for this permeable <br />one-vehicle driveway is next to the shed. The proposed dimensions of the driveway are 27' x 14'. Exact <br />materials have not yet been selected, but will be chosen to be as eco-friendly as feasible. This work would <br />also entail removal of a dying redbud tree, which separate from this project was recommended by an <br />arborist as something that should be done within the next year or two. <br />File Upload <br />Site Plans, Aerial Views, and/or Blueprints: One (1) set shall be submitted with the Application. <br />Uploaded documentation must show existing property lines, buildings, structures, and proposed project <br />location(s).
