ORDINANCE NO. Zc)Zl- 8-2, <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE AWARD OF BIDS FOR CHEMICALS, <br />FOR THE SOUTH BEND WATER WORKS AND WASTEWATER TREAT- <br />MENT PLANT, TO K.A. STEEL CHEMICALS, CONSERVATION <br />CHEMICAL COMPANY, HERCULES, INC., FISHER -CALO CHEMICAL <br />COMPANY, BONDED CHEMICAL COMPANY AND WATCON, INC. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />That bids being duly accepted and opened, approval of bids from <br />K.A. Steel Chemicals, Conservation Chemical Company, Hercules, Inc., <br />Fisher -Calo Chemical Company, Bonded Chemical Company and Watcon, Inc., <br />is requested. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I.
