ORDINANCE NO. ;7,0;>9-f2- <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE AWARD OF A BID IN THE AMOUNT <br />OF $39,891.00 TO SLATILE ROOFING FOR ROOF REPAIRS TO BE <br />DONE AT THE SOUTH BEND WATER WORKS BUILDING, WASTEWATER <br />TREATMENT PLANT ADMINISTRATION BUILDING, DIGESTER #1 <br />AND DIGESTER #3. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />That bids being duly accepted and opened, approval of the bid <br />from Slatile Roofing for Roof Repairs to be done at the South Bend <br />Water Works Building, Wastewater Treatment Plant Administration <br />Building, Digester #1 and Digester #3 is requested. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I. That the bid from Slatile Roofing in the amount of <br />$39,891.00 for roof repairs at the South Bend Water Works Building, <br />Wastewater Treatment Plant Administration Building, Digester #1 and <br />Digester #3 is hereby approved. <br />SECTION II.
