All rights reserved. <br /> <br />11.2 Review and respond to Contractor questions submitted during bidding and prepare <br />addenda as needed. <br />11.3 Attend pre-bid meeting. <br />11.4 Prepare the Bid Tabulation and Recommendation. <br />11.5 Conduct Pre-Construction Meeting and prepare minutes. <br />11.6 Review and respond to Contractor questions during construction. <br />11.7 Review equipment information sheets, shop drawings, and related information submitted <br />by the Contractor to confirm concurrence with the design intent and applicable standards. <br />11.8 Attend up to twelve (12) construction progress meetings. <br /> <br />12.0 Services Not Being Provided by CONSULTANT <br />The services not being provided by CONSULTANT under this Agreement include, but are not <br />limited to, the following: <br />12.1 Boundary Retracement surveys of the parcels within the project site. <br />12.2 Any subdivision platting and associated fees/meetings for the land transfer and/or <br />roadway vacations within the project area. <br />12.3 Detailed topographic survey data collection of any existing buildings within the project <br />area. <br />12.4 Topographic survey data collection of the existing Post Office parcel within the project <br />area. <br />12.5 Hydraulic modeling of the water distribution system, unless requested <br />12.6 Hydraulic modeling of the sanitary sewer system <br />12.7 Storm water quality and/or green infrastructure design <br />12.8 Fire flow testing <br />12.9 Detention design <br />12.10 Environmental Documentation <br />12.11 Public Involvement <br />12.12 Pavement Design – City of South Bend standards will be used. <br />12.13 Right-of-Way Engineering and Right-of-Way Services <br />12.14 Monitoring of accurate placement of utility relocations. <br />12.15 Daily inspections of utility relocation including material inspections and/or inspection of <br />or Buy America compliance during installation. <br />12.16 Temporary lighting plans are not assumed to be needed as part of this scope of work. <br />12.17 Lighting custom foundation design, geotechnical analysis, or subsurface investigations. <br />12.18 Construction Inspection Services <br /> <br />13.0 Items provided by Owner <br />13.1 All relevant sections of the Downtown South Bend Stormwater Plan including the report <br />narrative, access to the Riverfront West hydrologic and hydraulic model(s), and <br />associated documentation prepared by McCormick Engineering. <br />13.2 Access to Black & Vetch city-wide water model. <br /> <br />14.0 Services resulting from significant changes in the general scope, extent or character of the <br />Project or its design including, but not limited to, changes in size, complexity, CLIENT ’s
