REGULAR MEETING FEBRUARY 11. 2025 32 <br />APPROVAL OF REOUEST TO ADVERTISE FOR THE RECEIPT OF APPLICATIONS — 2025 <br />WATER WORKS UITLITY SERVICE LINE REPAIR PROGRAM <br />In a memorandum to the Board, Ken Smith, Water Works, requested permission to advertise for <br />the receipt of applications for the above referenced project. LLC <br />President Maradik stated an application for an encroachment and revocable permit has been <br />received from River Walk, LLC for the purpose of allowing Stairs, Retaining Walls, and Storm <br />Pipes to be placed in the right-of-way at W. Side of St. Peter St. & 40' of Northside Blvd. The <br />encroachment shall remain in the right of way until the time as the Board of Public Works of the <br />City of South Bend shall determine that such encroachment is in any way impairing or interfering <br />with the highway or with the free and same flow of traffic.
