Concerning <br />Insurance and Tax Liability for the Stanley Coveleski Regional Stadium <br />Project. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Gammage, seconded by Mr. Wroblewski and <br />unanimously carried, the Authority approved the Certification Concerning <br />Insurance and Tax Liability for the 1992 Parking Facilities Project (St. <br />Joseph/Wayne Street Parking Garage) <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Gammage, seconded by Mr. Wroblewski and <br />unanimously carried, the Authority approved the Certification Concerning <br />Insurance and Tax Liability for the South Bend Central Development Area <br />Public Improvement Project. <br />• Upon a motion by Mr. Gammage, seconded by Mr. Wroblewski and <br />unanimously carried, the Authority approved the Certification Concerning <br />Insurance and Tax Liability for the Blackthorn Golf Course Project. <br />b. Authority approval requested for Resolution No. 98 amending the <br />Declaration of Protective and Restrictive Covenants of the Blackthorn <br />Corporate Center. <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that Resolution No. 98 amends the Declaration of <br />Protective and Restrictive Covenants and the Development Guidelines of the <br />Blackthorn Corporate Center in the following ways: 1) it prohibits outdoor <br />billboards in the corporate center; and 2) it includes stronger language <br />pertaining to signage. We thought the wording in the covenants on signage <br />was sufficient, but it apparently needs to be stronger and more specific. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Gammage, seconded by Mr. Wroblewski and <br />unanimously carried, the Authority approved Resolution No. 98 amending the <br />Declaration of Protective and Restrictive Covenants of the Blackthorn <br />Corporate Center. <br />• <br />
