Lewandowski and Laureen Lewandowski, husband and wife, for <br />themselves and their successors and assigns and any and all successors <br />in the interest of the below described real property, (GRANTORS), convey <br />and dedicate for use as public right-of-way, to the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana, (GRANTEE) for and in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and <br />other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of <br />which is hereby acknowledged, certain Real Property situated in St. <br />Joseph County, Indiana, more particularly described as: <br />Key Number 23-1037-2075, A parcel of land being a part of <br />the East � SE. 1/4 Sec.36 T.37N.
