October 7, 1999 <br />Mr, Solon Orfanos <br />308 North Cushing <br />South Bend, Indiana 46616 <br />RE: Purchase City -Owned Property <br />714 Oak Street <br />Key Nos: 18-3026-093401 <br />Dear Mr. Orfanos, <br />The Board of Public Works, at its meeting held September 28, 1999, approved your request <br />to purchase the vacant lot on 714 Oak Street. <br />Enclosed are three (3) copies of a Purchase Agreement for the vacant lot at 714 Oak Street. <br />I would appreciate your signing all three (3) copies of the Agreement and returning them to this office <br />at your earliest convenience. A completely executed copy of the Purchase Agreement will be <br />forwarded to you after approval by the Board of Public Works. <br />At this time, please submit a check in the amount of $166.00 made payable to the City of <br />South Bend. For your information, this amount consists of the $150.00 which you offered for the <br />property, plus $16.00 in filing fees required of the Auditor's Office and the Recorder's Office for <br />recording of the Quit -Claim Deed for this property.
