Jacob, Clerk <br />RE: Request to Purchase City -Owned Property <br />1113 Burns Street <br />Key No.18-5100-3540, Lot 78 <br />DATE: October 17, 1995 <br />The Board of Public Works has received a request to purchase City -owned property <br />located 1113 Burns Street. <br />Favorable recommendations for the sale of this lot has been received from the <br />Engineering Department, Department of Code Enforcement, Community and Economic <br />Development, and the Park Department. <br />If you have no objections, the Board will proceed with the sale of this property by <br />obtaining an appraisal and advertising them for sale according to state statutes. <br />Thank you. <br />
