NOTICE TO BIDDERS <br />SALE OF CITY -OWNED PROPERTIES <br />Notice is hereby given that the City of South Bend, Indiana, through its Board of Public <br />Works, is offering- for sale the following parcel of real estate located in South Bend, <br />Indiana: <br />1039 LaSalle Court <br />Key No. 18-1043-1854 <br />More specific information concerning this property and the City's offering price is available <br />in the Office of the Board of Public Works, Room 1316, County -City Building, South Bend, <br />Indiana. <br />Bids to purchase said parcel must be received in the Office of the Board of Public Works, <br />1308 County -City Building, South Bend, Indiana, or on before Monday, August 7, 1995, <br />at 9:30 a.m. At that time, a determination will be made by the Board as to the sale of <br />these parcels. <br />Pursuant to State statute, these properties may not be sold to a person who is ineligible <br />under Section 16 (I.C. 36-1-11-16). <br />Additionally, an offer to purchase property submitted by trust must identify each beneficiary <br />of the trust and settlor empowered to revoke or modify the trust. <br />The Office of the Board of Public Works will record the appropriate Quit -Claim Deed in the <br />same of the successful purchaser with the St. Joseph County Recorder's Office.
