NOTICE TO BIDDERS <br />SALE OF CITY -OWNED PROPERTY <br />Notice is hereby given that the City of South Bend, Indiana, through its Board of Public Works, is <br />offering for sale the following parcel of real estate located in South Bend, Indiana: <br />206 E. Broadway (Key No. 18-7025-1008 <br />Lot 75 - Haney's Addition <br />and <br />210 E. Broadway (Key No. 18-7025-I007) <br />Lot 76 - Haney's Addition <br />More specific information concerning these properties and the City's offering price is available in <br />the Office of the Board of Public Works, Room 1316, County -City Building, South Bend, Indiana. <br />Bids to purchase said parcels must be received in he Office of the Board of Public Works, 1308 <br />County -City Building, South Bend, Indiana, or on before Monday, May 15, 1995, at 9:30 a.m. <br />At that time, a determination will be made by the Board as to the sale of this parcel. <br />Pursuant to State statute, this property may not be sold to a person who is ineligible under Section <br />16 (I.C. 36-1-11-16). <br />Additionally, an offer to purchase property submitted by trust must identify each beneficiary of the <br />trust and settlor empowered to revoke or modify the trust. <br />The Office of the Board of Public Works will record the appropriate Quit -Claim Deed in the same <br />of the successful purchaser with the St. Joseph County Recorder's Office.
