Enclosed is the original Notice To Adiacent Property Owner - <br />Sale of City -Owned Property. This Notice indicated that the minimum bid price was $388.74, which included an <br />estimated $90.00 for advertising. <br />The actual offering price is: $298.74 price of vacant lot <br />$80.84 cost of advertising <br />$379.58 Total Purchase Price <br />If you are still interested in purchasing this lot, follow these steps: <br />1.
